Elite Gas Technologies manufactures a range of LPG cylinder filling machines under the brand name of EliteFILL.

EliteFILL Electronic LPG Filling Machines are a Stand-Alone type, Semi-Automatic LPG Filling Machine that could be used to fill LPG cylinders from 2kg to 50KG.  Machines are built with Explosion Proof, IP65 and OIML Certified components thus enabling it to be used in Hazardous environment along with being reliably accurate in operations.

KEY FEATURES OF MACHINE:

• EliteFILL EFM8 model can fill Cylinders from 2 to 50 kg via a system of pneumatically operated Solenoids, Gas Stop Valves and Filling Heads.
• Supports both bulk and retail filling modes with easy switching between both modes. Bulk mode allows to feed some preset weights and fill number of cylinders for same weight without changing settings for each cylinder while retail mode allows to efficiently change filling values for each and every cylinder without going into hectic settings.
• EliteFILL EFM8.1 model can fill Cylinders from 2 to 50 kg via a system of Electrically operated Solenoids and Gas Stop Valves thus not requiring Pneumatic Air system.
• Assembled with Explosion Proof Electrical components for service in hazardous areas thus making machine suitable for applications requiring Explosion proof compliance.
• IP65 compliant Single Point Load cell for Dust & Water-proof service with OIML Certification ensuring accuracy of weighing data.
• Designed to provide fast filling speed and generous flow rate.
• Emergency Shutdown System incorporated via a Single-Push ESD button.
• Overfill Protection Function Incorporated that allows to enter tare limit for relevant filling capacity to avoid overfilling.
• Easy to do calibration feature allows calibration at one click onsite without need of expert technician.
• All internal pipes, tubes and valves are Hydro-Tested at 25 Bars.

Electronic System is operated via a 24Vdc power supply.
